Portrait of a gentleman with a wig

Unpublished portrait of Vincent Malò (Cambrai 1606/1607 - Rome circa 1650). On the back of the canvas it bears the painter's monogram, the overlapping initials "V M" followed by the date 1627. The letters "L.S." indicate the identity of the effigy, which is currently unknown. The painting is published in Flemish/Genoese Painting, A. Orlando, Umberto Allemandi & C., 2012, page 98.
